As products grow from a single assistant to a multi-surface workflow, navigation becomes part of the product logic.
People need to move between context, history, outcomes, and controls without losing track of what is active. That is especially true when interfaces combine chat, dashboards, documents, and execution logs.
A strong navigation system does two jobs at once. It reduces cognitive load in the present, and it creates confidence about where the user can go next.
